This is a product we developed to substitute a Patlite sound horn.

The Patlite sound horn is used in industries to trigger an alarm sound. However, now the industries request both sound and an audio message that they can alter themselves. The messages need to be in a local language with a local dialect and standard English messages are not preferred.

The 32MSGPLCPLAY will play any one of 32 messages when triggered by a PLC. A feedback signal is available for the PLC to track when the message has ended to allow it to trigger another message.
The output of the player has a 60W amplifier suitable for driving horn speakers or regular speakers that can be placed on the production line. A volume control is provided for adjusting the loudness. Any speaker with a impedance between 8 Ohm and 16 Ohm may be used. Care must be taken to ensure the impedance does not reduce below 8 Ohm. Several speakers may be used in series or parallel within the capacity of our 60W amplifier and its rated load impedance

The selection of the 32 messages is using a binary combination with a common line to signify one of 32 messages to the inbuilt controller in the unit.
