Our Andon boards are custom made for all types of Industries. Typical Call Andons have a glow box with color light background to signal a line call during production. Additional sounds, blink or color change may be customized. Legends on the Andon are to indicate who is calling or the calling zone. Calling interface switches are either wired or wireless as required by the industry.

This Andon board is designed to extend a sense of urgency to a Call from the production line. When a call is made, and if there is no response within a preset time, the color changes to RED. If there is still no response or the problem is not solved, the RED light will start to BLINK. This is a unique implementation of the Andon and we have many happy customers using our Andon system.

The Days to go Display shows how many days are left for an event or project. This can be used to time the start or end of the event.
The display shows customized fields for several projects or events and all of them will count down simultaneously. Every day the display will count down by 1 to show the remaining days for each event. When the count down reaches 0, the counter stops counting down that display value and continues for the other events that still have time left.

The commute vehicle clock has been developed to provide a common indication of time within the vehicle.
Commute vehicles are supposed to stop for short times at every pickup point to pick up employees for work. Disputes arise over the correct time, if the passenger misses the vehicle and the claim they arrived on time.
The commute vehicle clock is clearly visible to all the seated passengers and the stop time and start time is fixed with this clock as a reference. Therefore, disputes are reduced.

GPS Clock. A time keeper system using Global Positioning System Satellite data received using specialized equipment built into the clock to accurately display local time without need for any adjustment at any time. Customization of size of display, Number of digits, 12 Hr and 24Hr Format, Color of display and additional networked slave displays are available.
Default display type is 4 digit in a 24Hr format with a RED LED display.
